I've had to call the cops half a dozen times in the last year. Your car will probably sustain some damage on the streets, there are MANY homeless people living outside, and there is a frat house down the street where they have parties all the time. These parties usually bring annoying screaming girls and grunting meathead guys down Columbia until 5am. You can hear EVERYTHING they are saying, or screaming, rather.

We had some problems with loud neighbors, but I think the management told them to shut up eventually. Manager is very nice but takes forever to deal with repairs. Other neighbors upstairs walk around at all hours of the night and I can hear them.

Not the best upkeep. Halls are smelly and dirty and apartments should all be renovated.

Basically, its noisy and dirty and too many people are very inconsiderate of others. But location is nice and if you don't mind all the other problems, it is pretty affordable.
