The manager is rude and will lie to you to escape essential maintenance work, the building is unsafe and many people here either have problems with mold or pests, which have been neglected by management for, in some cases, over a year or more. The prices are steep and are constantly getting higher, the building is absolutely not sound proof in anyway and they truly do not care, even in the least, about the comfort and well-being of their tenents.
