This place is not the worst, but there's plenty of room for improvement. Management changes at least 1x a year. Very diversified occupants, but too many racially motivated incidents and car break-ins. Great if you have small pets; worst school district in Multnomah County. Poor selection of children to play with your own. Would not recommend for young couple with kids. Older occupants would fair better. Great location as transportation and a variety of stores are within walking distance. You decide.
