We were very unhappy about the way they dealt with a parking issue we had. A friend came to visit, and there were no posted signs about where she could park, so she parked in a numbered spot, as there were no other spots avalible, the numbers were faded and there were no signs stating that she could not do that. A little over an hour later she came out to discover that her car was gone, and there were no phone numbers posted about where to call. Finally, after much hassle, we payed to get the car out, since it is hardly hospitible to make your guest pay when there are no signs posted. It was $177 and the management refused to do anything about it... not even post signs! I don't even think it is legal to tow without a posted warning.
