We've been here a very short time and have interacted with four different managers. Personally everyone is very nice, however the management company's inability to maintain a consistent staff has been very inconvenient.

The apartment was in poor condition when we arrived and there were several serious problems of the kind you don't pick up on during a walk-through. Once this came to light, we were assured that this was not usual, however our list of problems does not make us believe that.

If there was more consistent management, folks might be more communicative and handle situations more appropriately. Based on what I have observed and heard from other residents, it does not look like the problem will be solved any time soon.

The plus side is that the layout of the apartment is great--we're in a spacious two bedroom with a fantastic jacuzzi tub. Personnel wise, the folks who are here consistently (i.e. not the managers and temp-managers) have been extremely friendly and supportive as we navigated our problems. The complex is pretty quiet and close to transportation and the grocery store, which is also fabulous.
