What can you expect when it's run by one of the largest and wealthiest Property Companies in the Northwest -Bowen. These people eat poor folks for lunch. They're not human.

This person is obviously confused. They haven't got a clue as to what place they actually lived. Hamilton Park has never been run by Bowman properties. I know, I have lived here for 15 years. The management company has been good for the past 6 years. The former manager, Patty, was mean and really rude. The new manager is a good guy. He is younger (35-ish), but he gets the job done well. He treats me with respect and never talks down to me. Patty was totally different. She was rude and always yelled at the kids. I like Joe a lot better. He is nice to the kids and treats everyone well. The person who wrote this review hasn't got a clue.
