When Joe was the manager, things were good.
He would walk around the complex and pick things up, help people, and make sure kids were behaving. The new manager is hardly at the office. She doesn't answer the phone and never walks around. She doesn't come out of her apartment and has no control over the kids. They run around doing anything they want.

Before Joe left, the staff would walk around at night to make sure the place is safe. Now, forget about it.

My rent has gone up and the service has gone down. I'm looking for a new place to live right now.

The maintenance staff used to take about fifteen miniutes to get something fixed. I have to call the office pager because no one is in the office. Even then, it's rare to talk to a live person.

If you value your peace and quiet, you won't stay here.
