I've lived at a lot of places where they try to get you in and then stop helping you. Well, this is not the place. Joe is the best manager I've ever had. He gets things done quickly and often on the same day. If I have a problem in my apartment, he sends the maintenance guy over the same day!
He really cares about us and it shows.
There isn't any garbage on the ground and it's because Joe really cares about this place. He's always walking around and picking up little bits of paper and cigarette butts.
