We recently moved in, and thus far we absolutely love it. The fitness room is a great addition, even though it is small, it is perfect for our small apartment complex. Maintenance is a big plus...someone usually comes within 24 hours to fix anything. Very spacious floorplans for the money. If you are considering Harbour Court, I would definitely recommend it!!
