Horrible management!!!! The management has turned over three times in the past year. The company the manages is highly unprofessional. Repairs are very slow to be made, and are often never made. The current manager does not respond to complaints, and as a result, the place is going downhill quickly. Things are constantly breaking in the common area and have taken a long time to repair (garage door, pool, hot tub, exercise equipment, elevator).

The noise level has increased dramatically. I hear loud bass nearly 24/7. Dogs are peeing in the hallways and the common areas are dirty and littered with trash. Speaking of trash... the trash bins are often way overfilled and spilling with trash. For some reason, at times the trash was not emptied for weeks at a time.

Finally, this is listed as a luxury riverfront property which is basically false. If any of the problems above sound like luxury to you, then perhaps the word should be redefined. As far as a riverview... sure if you have powers of X-ray vision and can see through the solid rows of 5 story high condos that are actually in front of the slough.

My advice to you is not to waste your money in this extremely overpriced hole.
