I am new to the Hermitage and so far it has not been to bad considering the neighborhood. However I recently got my first noise notice, and the complaint was false. I do have three small children and am in a upstairs apartment, so I can understand if any tenants below my family are irritated, its close to impossible to keep small children in one place! The reason for the complaint was slamming doors after 10pm, and after working all day my children and i are fast asleep by 8:30pm normally. I am a strong believer in stopping world crime, from murder to steeling from a store! And in the short future I will be training to be a police officer- but also recently have been "asked" If I took a box off my neighbors porch... Other than that I enjoy living here. The managers are very friendly and approach with open arms. The condition of my apartment upon moving in was great, very clean and anything I needed to improve the apt was provided immediately. The manager even gave us tenants a Christmas gift! The landscape is kept neat and I'd say 95% of our neighbors seem to be welcoming and human ;) The other 5% Iv met... There is a convenient store less than a minute away and Baskin Robbins for People like me- 30 seconds away. Other than a small percentage of the neighbors, This is a wonderful place to call home.
