This apt. has a great location, with alot of landscaping and a summer pool. However, it is way over priced for what you are getting. I lived there 3 years and the rent was raised $250 a month over the years making it a huge mistake. The mold is awlful and the apt felt like a cave. The maintence is friendly but never gave notice with when they would fix things and took forever to do so. The water heaters are tiny and only gave me a 7 to 10 minute shower at most. The pool was always dirty. All in all not worth it if you are in it for the long haul.
