Loved living here. From: Cabby8 Date posted: 5/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This was an amazing place to live for the short time I was in Portland. I wish I could have taken my apartment with me when I had to move. My apartment was on the 3rd floor, and had a 40 ft wall of windows that opened from the top and bottom, huge ceilings with the lower pipes for the "lofty" feel, 2 big walk in closets and it was just 900 sq feet of heaven. The appliances, carpet and linolium were a little out of date, but that was to be expected since I had taken over someone else's lease. I'm sure it's been updated since. The AC and heaters cranked, and i could always make it the temperature I wanted, even with that many windows. The staff in the office was always helpful and sweet, though the faces in the office changed kinda frequently. There is a waiting list for parking spots, which is a bummer, but who needs a car in downtown portland'!' you can get everywhere by foot or public trans. especially since these great apartments are in fareless square. All in all I miss my apartment, and hope one day I get to live in another one just as amazing.
