Since we moved in, there has been a change in manager so hopefully there will have been some improvements. While Ivy Tree is relatively livable, there are a few things people should know: 1) It is within a football field from I-5, so it can be rather noisy in your apartment. 2) It is dark and poorly lit, with many of the outside lights turning on and off randomly. It's probably not very dangerous, but it can be difficult to see at night. 3) When we moved in, our apartment was a complete disaster. Even though the manager told us it would be cleaned, the refrigerator and bathtub were still filled with hair, there were cat feces behind appliances, and there was a major spider infestation. However, after an entire day of cleaning, and a few weeks of killing 4-5 spiders a day, the apartment was alright.
