I just moved into The Ivy Tree Apartments (5/17/08.) Due to finances and astronomical rental increases in downtown Portland, I was looking for an affordable one-bedroom apartment, that accepts cats & has bus access. Honesty, the entire experience from Regency Management Inc. (the property managment company for Ivy Tree) to the manager Ted---words cannot express how grateful I am for all of Ted's VERY HARD WORK--including his assistant manager Glenn & the people who worked on getting my new apartment in excellent condition. While I am a relatively "low-maintenance" middle-aged woman, I have high quality standards--& the above mentioned people must be commended for everything they have done for a stranger. In my nearly 47 years, & numerous moves this is the first moving experience that truly exceeded expectations. Sure, there are "little things" like noise from the freeway, but personally being a "city gal" I like it (weird, I know.) I could go on & on but suffice it to say I am very happy being a new tenant at Ivy Tree & look forward to calling it home.
