great place, bit pricey

Beautiful building in a great location (on Park Blocks-- great for art museum, Southpark, and farmer's market afficionados). Apt manager's Carrie and Andrew are lovely. Units are exceptionally well-maintained. Has bike room (locked), laundry room, elevator. Parking is not included and can be a hassle (at best) or expensive (at worst). Right on streetcar line and quick to Max as well.
