It's pretty expensive, and the base rent doesn't include the extra fees for heating and stuff. That was a bit annoying to find out about.
The laundry room charges $1 per cycle (so $2 for every load). Sometimes the laundry room can get full.
Also, you can't put anything near those radiators according to the lease (three feet cushion), so you're really limited as to furniture placement.
The good stuff is that my place has two closets, which is helpful. There's also a lot of storage. The building was built in the '30s, so it has a lot of charm.
It's just small and expensive, and so I'm looking for a two-bedroom now. I wish they had two-bedrooms. Overall, it's a pretty nice place. Even though there's no parking. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
