I was out-priced as well. Not to mention the building was terrible and in one year there were three managers. I lived in the Macleay and it was a year of hell. Even with a large parking lot right outside the my apartment, they charged $30 to park in it. When I moved out they kept half of my apartment, saying they had to clean and repaint. I have lived in many places around Portland, from the Pearl District to SW, and have ALWAYS had my full deposit returned to me.
This company is greedy and does not care about its tenants.
