Great Location...but that is it.

First the good:
The apartment complex is situated on a fantastic corner deep in the Pearl district with all sorts of great food and things to do. The location could not be better!
The Bad:
The staff makes you feel incredibly uncomfortable. One person said it best "They make you feel as though they are doing you a favor letting you live here". Four appliances have gone down and everything is very cheap. The parking situaion is a mess. You pay $100 or so for a spot that may or may not be there when you get home. The staff is of no help. All of the negatives would go away if the staff would simply attend to them. The rent is reasonable considering the location but I am looking for a new apartment after a year.
