Great location, good deals, quick maintenance, & staff.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Having lived in the King Towers for the last 6 months I am able to say I have had nothing but positive experiences, (I could just be lucky!!) But...

1. If something needs maintenance it is taken care of within 2 days.

2. I don?t have issues with noise at the King Towers. (old building = concrete)

3. I walk everywhere; grocery, dinner, shopping, bars, etc.

4. The laundry is not overcrowded, like at my old apartment.
