I almost moved into KT but did not because I found another place. I lived in Rose Plaza Apartments at 2199 NW Everett for 10 years and really enjoyed the place. It was also managed by HARSCH which manages KT. They are an excellent company. You can see my review of this building on their site. I now live in Portland Center Apartments at 222 SW Harrison. They are great, I have a beautiful apartment with an unbeliveable view. I see from the Hawthorne Bridge to the Sellwood Bridge, the Willamette River and Mt. Hood. Next year the street car will stop right at my door. We have a beautiful pool, air conditioning and a brand new gym. Living in Portland Center is like "A Different Postcard Everyday".
