The good: Location. King tower is 2 blocks from PGE park if you like to catch games. 2 blocks from max line and 2 blocks from NW 23rd. Management is great and the apartment interior is adequate. Rooftop is nice.
The bad: VERY VERY old building! Electric can be an issue in the bathroom, very few outlets in the house. The windows leak very very badly. The dirt, wind and rain gets through because they are not sealed. The kitchen doesn't have full-size refrigerators or a stove, so if you like to cook it can be a problem. The workout room is way outdated, if you are moving because of the convenience of a gym in your building pass on this place. Guest parking can be a big problem as well.
Overall I liked this place well enough, but was glad that I lived her only short term. This old building is not set up to be cozy throughout every season.
