This could be the place for you if you like living downtown. Downtown in a plain and run-down looking building. With poor parking conditions (garage with one lane) and plain, dull, run-down looking exterior. The management is extremely rude and doesn't care about you. Move in if you enjoy being ignored by management. And when they do listen, they will snap back at you for no reason. There's nothing you can do because they all stick together. Jay, the manager of the manager seems to have his act together. If you are brave enough to move in, ask for Jay to help you when his help can't get the job done right.
