I like everything about the King Tower. Tops for location! I walk everywhere I go. Bus and MAXX are close, and the grocery and bank are only a few blocks. The apartments are plain inside, but there are tons of windows and a great view of the city. Nothing better than opening all the windows in the Summer.
Plus, its very quite for an apartment. The concrete floors muffle most sound.
I find the management to be extremely friendly and helpful. They have done their best to take care of any problems I have had.
They have been doing lots of work to spruce up the place lately, and it's starting to look really sharp!
OH-- and the rooftop garden with gas grills is great!
