Nice and quiet with a small lake that has beavers, ducks and geese. Clean, great tenants and management that takes care of any repairs or problems right away. I especially enjoy sitting on my deck watching the sun set over the lake. Had to give up apt because I bought a floating home. Can you tell I love the water/nature thing?

My husband and I are trying to move to Portland and I was looking for an affordable yet not in the ghetto apartment. I was wondering, how far away from downtown Portland is Lakeview Park? Also, if you had a choice, would you move back there?
