good place but bad staff

The apartment is not too bad only thing is it always smell like sweat in the hallway. Asked the management about it when they show the apartment and they said is someone cooking. After months living here the 'cooking' still smell the same everyday. The staff don't care about you once you moved in. service request don't get attended until you go to them at least 2 to 3 times. treat that the service will not be done if you don't sign. 3 clueless management staff that don't communicate.
Suppose to be 'Secured Buiding' but the hallway door is always not lock. Garage Parking but the door garage door only close after 8pm. (WHAT IS THE POINT OF PAYING FOR GARAGE')
