After selling our home we were leary of apartment life. When looking for an apartment for our work week, we were very disappointed in what was offered close-in: small, noisey, old buildings with high rent. This building is in a wonderful location, and is extemely well maintained. The staff has always responded to requests for any maintenance with prompt and courteous service. The ladies in the office are professional, but friendly; they provide an enviornment that feels like a home. The rating of 3 for safety is because I don't know of any problems; although the building is secure, we do live in a high pedestrian traffic area.
