Parking - Not secure, its totally open to the public, except you have to pay $50. The gates are not shut from 8am - 7pm, a car was broken into and managerial co. actually sent a memo asking the tenants to be more vigilant.
I live on the top floor paying the max rent for a one bedroom and the street noise is terrible! All night you can hear music from the Applebees, laughing teenagers coming from the mall, and semi trucks/buses.
The look of the place is bland. Its not as safe as it appears. I found a homeless woman going through our recycling bin, someone let her in.
The office staff are a nightmare. I have never had such an experience! I was asked to get my electricity in my name, no problem (even though in all my years in renting this was taken are of by the apt co) and when I provided them proof, they lost it and I recieved a chipper call telling me that if I didn't get them the lost information they would go ahead and turn off my electric. Nice.
I have rented for ten years in various locations and never have I counted down the days until my lease was up.
