Nice Staff, But Bland Place

My experience is that it is a pleasant enough place to live, but very noisy, especially after Phagans Beauty School moved in on the street level of the building. Many disturbances on the street. (Screaming fights, etc.) Lots of car break-ins in the "secure" garage that is left open all day. A pitbull and other dogs roaming loose in the open, underground garage. Students from the beauty school blocking garage doorway chatting and smoking. Comfortable, but bland apartments. Convenient area. Mostly older residents. One advantage is the corporate units in the building that you can rent if you have overnight guests. No serious complaints, but no high praises either.
