Avoid NE 15th side From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Lots of street fights, non-muffler cars, and street cleaning at 12:30AM are the major noise problems on units facing NE 15th avenue. Rent the units facing the courtyard sides. By the way, three cars were stolen from the secured garage in 2005.
