Absolute S*** From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Dear Prospective Renters, I think the title sums up the entirety of my feelings about the Lloyd Place Apartments. Not only is rent expensive, but a terrible value due to a combination of outside noise, constant notices, and 6 or 7 "annual" fire-alarm tests. The management is horrid, pretending to be helpful and inviting when you are a prospective renter, but in the end they are not able to do anything at all to help except accept your check. There is one nice thing about the Lloyd Place apartments, you don 't have to sign a one-year lease. Oh wait... Sincerely, Guy Stuck in Lease
