I lived at Lloyd place apartments for one year.
If you rent from the manager, ------ your life is okay.
I rented from someone who left and from there on ------
would not even speak to me. She doesn't speak to any tentant
who does not rent from her. She is the manager and rude she
is. She brings her ---- to work and that is her focus.
I reserved the club room. Don't be fooled on that one folks,
They gave the room key to someone else. Another time they
booked over me. They didn't call me to let me know I didn't
know till I got there and something else was going on.
The rents are high. I rented anyway because of the location and
security. Security is another illusion. When the cars were being
broken into in the garage and the motorcycles stolen, the security
said they would e-mail the manager in the morning. Manager doesn't
get disturbed. There is no "walking"security in the building. Its
only someone to call. There were homeless people sleeping on the
5th floor in the refuse room.
Lloyds place looks good but OOOH look out!!!!
