We have lived here for nearly 6 years and love it. The on-site management is excellent, responsive, and caring. Maintenance and housekeeping staff are wonderful as well, and the residents are diverse. The amenities are great - good gym and cozy community room, and the courtyards for each building are lovely and well maintained. Several things that appealed to us when we were looking for apartments to rent after owning a home for decades were the layout/floor plans of these apartments, the huge walk-in closets, and the surrounding Broadway/Weidler neighborhood. The apartments are also in fareless square for buses and the MAX. We consider this our home and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
