No Good!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   I don't live there anymore(Thank GOD) The management company charges you an arm and a leg for water/sewer. My roomates and I had an old house before I got this place and the water is cheaper in the house than in the one bedroom here! and if you ever need maintenance well that a whole other fish to fry....Hopefully you don't end up with a meth head, drunk, or just a plain idiot who can't fix anything....Parking is horrible you only get one spot and the rest are first come first serve for tenants only "Allegedly" but they can't even take care of that problem.
