Amateur Management/keeps geting worse

I love the building and my neighbors, but the so called management is a joke! Yes, the price is good, but you spend sooo much time signing and initialing and re-initialing absurd lease/short term agreements (Hell, you'll need to hire a private secretary when you move in this place!)
