I believe Lovejoy Station is a good enough place to live, maintenance is ok, maintanece is ok. Only problem you will run into are fellow residents who think that they live in a house or a condo. GET OVER IT! YOU LIVE IN A APARTMENT, People are going to be loud!!!!
