I thought that the last place I rented from was bad, but this place is ten times worse. Since the first night I moved in it has been nothin but terrible experiences. 90% of all nights and days are very loud and noisy. Most residents are very dirty, loud, legally insane, illiterate, and incompetent in undestanding how to respect others. I had a very loud upstairs neighbor. I notified the office of the problem at least a dozen times in one year and nothing has ever been done to solve the problem.


Wait there is much more. Stains in the hallways and not from dirt. The stains come from peoples? pets and the people who dont even pick up their species. Tonight I went to get in the elevator to find that someone had taken a dump inside. There is trash all over the building and outside on the sidewalks.


As for building security...none exists. Constantly ajar doors. Doors that are unlocked to the outside. It took maintenance over 1 year to fix a broken door. At one time there was a girl (man) running an incall service from her apartment. Sometimes (often) residents and or outside persons like to pull the fire alarm for fun, at 2am.


The staff is mostly incompetent. Has the girl at the front desk even graduated from high school' The administrative assistant (front desk) gives secure documents to small children (minors) to tape onto residents doors. Once I received someone elses secure information. hmmm...'


It is too bad that this building is so nice and in such a awesome area. I would hate to see what this place looks like in five years. And no wonder, no businesses want to lease the retail space below! I dont blame them one bit.
