FIRE ALARM X 3 - November '03

This is getting very old, very fast. All these fire alarms endanger us all, especially since residents have now learned to ignore these alarms - more so when they occur at 3AM. Another complaint - after the alarm is cleared, no one goes around to open up the fire doors, and the auto elevator, fire doors have an
"Out Of Order" sign on the back (making people think the elevators are out of order after these alarms.
This building holds the record - worst run/maintained in the Pacific Northwest.
