The Worst Apartment Building in PDX

Awful!, They let in some crazy homeless people. Cars are stolen out of parking garage ( there were 4 other breakins). They do noting about this. Don't pay the $100 to park inside, its a SCAM!. Bowen mgt is extremely irresponsible. There are a FEW normal nice people that live there, but there a LOTS of trashy meth-heads. A little advice: spend extra $ on rent a wait for a loft across the street to open up. Its $ well spent, and your car wont be stolen by a tweaker!
