This place promises all the extras, but does not maintain exercise machines, etc. The laundry room is so hot, you have to wear a tank top before entering. The maintenance staff here is just part time (20 hrs a week) - no wonder the place if falling apart. My bathroom sink (plastic pipes, poorly installed) is constantly stopped up, and formica not laid properly.)
Double glazed windows that whistle because they're so cheap. Plants outside look sick, really sick.
