I have only lived here for 6 months, but I am extremely happy with my apartment. Great location on the Streetcar line and in the middle of the Pearl District. Many restaurants, bars, shops, etc. within walking distance or a quick trolley ride.
There were a few kinks in my apartment (brand new - I was the 1st person in it), but the manager/maintenance guy have been quick to fix an problems. The only complaint I have heard from other residents is parking (limited and spendy), but other than that most everyone seems to like it here.
