YOU MUST REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A LOW INCOME PROPERTY. Most people in the building do NOT appreciate the fact that they get to live in the PEARL for practically nothing. The Burlington charges at least 3x the amount of rent for a studio. DAMN YOU PEOPLE FOR WHINING AND COMPLAINING ABOUT NOTHING!!!! If you are really that upset, think about why, and deal with your issues before going off about the building. Here's a thought, if drama follows you everywhere, and your life is full of it... perhaps it's YOU. I have lived here for six months, and if I was still LOW INCOME, I'd live here forever. My problem is that I don't want to live in a studio forever. If it wasn't for this property, I wouldn't have been able to live in Portland while looking for a job. THANK YOU BOWEN!

One last thing, if you treat the girls in the office with respect, you will get great service and respect in return. If you don't want to deal with recertification every 9 months, then don't live in a LOW INCOME property that HAS TO follow FEDERAL LAW!

Parking, noise, false fire alarms, and consideration for others are all things that ANYONE must consider before living in an apartment building ANYWHERE. Move into a house outside of the city if these are issues for you.

Here here!!! I've lived in Lovejoy station for a year now, and have not had one problem with building maitenance, noise, safety, or staff. For the rent and amazing location I don't see how anyone can be justified to complain!!

If this was NOT written by management, then the self-righteous so and so just got LUCKY with the location of their apartment, etc. One does NOT have to have a "drama" issue to be treated badly by the constantly changing cast of big-shot chics in the office OR their bosses! Shame on your snobbish self!

I think he's right, respect earns respect. don't expect the office staff to try to screw you over, they are just doing their job, and some say they aren't doing their job very well, and I say, how well do you do your job?
