I moved into Lovejoy Station a couple of days after it opened. I had the pleasure of being the first person to live in my unit. The intial staff were very nice and helpful. Rick, the maintenance person, was always very prompt and friendly, as was his assistant (Chris, I believe').

Now, I'm a really laid-back person that doesn't ask for much or complain about little things. However, the initial front office staff eventually moved on. The were replaced by a trio of rude and obnoxious alpha females. I paid my rent on time every month, but they lost the check on one occasion, and made my life a living hell. In addition, for some reason I never signed a mold and mildew agreement when I initially moved in. The replacement staff asked me to sign one after I had lived there for over a year, and I happily complied. However, things turned ugly when they asked me to BACKDATE it to my initial move-in date. Of course, I flat refused to do that, and they threatened to evict me (an empty threat). One day (about a month later) a temp was working, and out of curiousity I asked to see a copy of the mold and mildew agreement I had signed. I was SHOCKED to see that the date I had written on there had been crossed out, and my move-in date has been written above it. Somebody had even forged my initials over the "correction."

I realize that a review this many years later is a bit pointless, but I would just recommened being a bit aware of this property management company (I complained about the staff, and nothing was ever done. In fact, a woman from the company's main office actually called me and told me to "quit harrassing the staff or face eviction." Unbelievable. I complain about your lame staff of...witches, and you want to evict me.
