Management here is CRAP! Continual revolving doors! Extremely rude! They DO NOT follow through on complaints! The apartment building is very much like a dorm. Very young tenants. Continual noise with nothing done about it. The building is NOT secure. The laundry room is not adequate for the number of tenants and the machines are never maintained (I was told by management that the machines are not their responsibility). My laundry has been stolen numerous times. I have witnessed vagrants in the storage units huffing.

LOOK FOR SOME PLACE ELSE TO LIVE....NO AMOUNT OF COMPLAINING DOES ANYTHING....EVEN WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT!

People should report this apartment and all other business that give you crappy treatment to BETTER BUSINESS BEREAU they have a website and you can put all your problems on a report an dthey contact the head of the company and if that person cares they will contact you with an apology and a solution to make things better or they wont contact you at all...but if everyone that is putting their complaints on here contacted better business bereau with their complaint s the head person fo the company would start to care because they would realize word would spread and people will not take interest in their apartments and for the person whose initials was forged I would make a legal case of that...that is NOT okay from a professional company..NOT OKAY..

this person is probably angry for any number of reasons, this is not the best apartment building in the world, but it is nice. they said "NO AMOUNT OF COMPLAINING DOES ANYTHING....EVEN WITH UPPER MANAGEMENT!" and that is exactly all that they did complain. You have to "Talk" with the management, and also follow through yourself. How do you feel at work? do you really care that much if someone has a problem and is rude about it? NO! get the picture?
