The grounds are not ever clean!! The elevators are filthy and the floors are constantly dirty with trash and beer! The management treats you like a second class citizen as well as the maintenance guy is super creepy!! They never cared about noise complaints and always had some kind of excuses for things not getting done.

In all fairness, a new cleaning person began working here recently who seems polite and keeps the building much cleaner than the previous cleaning person did. But much of the rest of what the reviewer mentioned above is fairly accurate. It seems that Lovejoy Station's property manager, Bowen Property Management Company, has little regard for the people who keep them in business by renting apartments from them.

If you expect to be treated like an adult, rather than a bad child, do NOT rent from Bowen Property Management! They actually have a bad rep among OTHER mgmnt co's. The mgt/asst. mgt positions here are a revolving door, and the cleaning staff don't last long either. Beware!!!

Does anyone know their pet policy? I'm not concerned about living in filth given that a dorm is my second option. Also, does Brown Property Management try and scam on rent? Saying maybe that it went up or try and w/draw twice a month or anything tricky?
