i've lived here for about three months, and so far it's been nothing but great. i love the location, price can't be beat, i think the managers are super friendly and very helpful. parking can be difficult if you have to have something close, but i've never had to pay to park, or walk more than three blocks. which to me is amazing for the location.

i don't plan on moving until i have to. i love this place.
