Besides the leaky cieling, single pain windows, moldy carpets, and dingy feeling, your car will get towed for no reason, even if you park in a designated parking spot, It will cost you $250, but it gets worse, the managment is not uderstanding and they figure that once you have signed your lease, you are their catch... They will never work with you... I have never gotten in so many heated arguments in my 15 years of appartment renting. As a matter of fact I have always had a great relationship with all my managers... Markana Appartments are run by slum loards!!!
