I have lived in Marquam Village for almost a year and for the past month I had had to deal with a hole in my roof that was ignored for almost 2 weeks...then supposedly got fixed and i had to come home to plaster sprayed all over my living room. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for my carpet and furniture to be cleaned.
The view is amazing and was the reason that I decided to move here. But not even the most amazing ocean view and free rent could convince me to renew my lease here! The apartment manager (there have been 2 in the past year) is always very nice but don't expect any kind of hurry to help out with any maintanence.
