Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
 
I lived here for almost 7 years and in that time have probably had 10 different managers. When you have a good manager then things get done (maintence) and then you get bad managers and nothing gets done and sometimes they are rude and not even available in an emergency. The driveway is very steep so if you have a car sometimes it can be a challenge getting out of the parking lot when it rains. The best things about this place is they allow pets and they are very close to OHSU. That is why I lived there.
