There are much better places to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The buildings are old. The floors creak, the walls are very thin, and thus noise from everyday living by your neighbors is heard. There are soft spots in the floor, and ants are all over the place. There is high turnover in the apartment amongst the tenants and the on-site managers (three in the last year). Repairs are slow and far in between. If you find a cleaner, newer apartment complex with managers that actually like the owners of the building and tenants that are happy to live there, go with them instead.
